    These guys make outstanding coffee!
We had a flat white and long black. They use Bassett coffee beans which I found to be quite smooth.

They have a simple cafe menu with a few nice breakfast options. The burgers look really tasty.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the view! Best in Sydney.

The reviews on here had me worried. But when I was presented with only 2 eateries to choose from at the beach. This is the one I chose based on the friendly welcoming face at the door.
The hostess showed me the menu and allowed us to pick our own table.
We chose the ham sandwich as well as the toast and jam with a little bit of vegemite to try. Ordering is done at the counter where you are given a number and your food is brought out to you.
Again, the young lady behind the counter was friendly and hospitable as well as the barista who had a great sense of humor.
The sandwich was good, toasted, with avocado, cheese and a fresh green salad. The vegemite I believe is an acquired taste oh and we did have a chocolate shake which tasted good as well.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is visiting the area. As the workers are friendly, hospitable and welcoming.

Oh dear, I would not recommend this café at all. Firstly the coffee, I ordered a soy Capp, I ordered large so it was served in a mug & was actually good value for money at $4. Unfortunately the taste wasn't as god, it was lacking in depth & was overpowered by the soy milk. For lunch I ordered Quiche Lorraine & salad, the salad was fine mixed lettuce, capsicum, shredded carrots & a French dressing - you can't go wrong with a salad. The quiche?!? Well it was simply awful, it seemed not to have any pastry base or side & had a consistency more like an omelette than quiche. It had also been Microwaved, which I can understand if it's manic busy but really when it's quiet it's simply cheating. My hubby got nachos with dips & chilli, which was ok, again you shouldn't go wrong with nachos.
I felt cheated, the prices are reasonable & there is a fairly decent  variety on the menu, however in a place where cafes are limited there is no excuse for second rate food.
I would avoid for food & coffee, maybe just get a Diet Coke.....

Worst hamburger, cold, undercooked and with gristle. Overpriced for below average food. Not worth your time here!

Such a nice location! But that's where the good news end. Very poor barista skills, the hardest overcooked poached eggs of my life, salad without any sauce, dirty mushrooms. Sigh. All the potential of such a superb location wasted. And the beef pie, well, do yourself a favour and stay away from ordering that: it's cold and has way too much of the cheapest beef mince.
